On the brisk but sunny morning of April 19, 2024, parents of MICDS students embarked on a captivating walking tour organized by the MICDS Passport Series. Led by a knowledgeable tour guide from the Missouri History Museum, participants delved into the rich history of Webster Groves, Missouri, the picturesque setting for this enlightening excursion.
As the tour unfolded, attendees learned about the fascinating origins of Webster Groves, starting with the establishment of the first train station. They explored the evolution of the town, witnessing the architectural wonders that arose around the train station, reflecting the growth and prosperity of the area. Amidst charming streets and historic buildings, participants absorbed intriguing historical facts, gaining a deeper appreciation for the cultural heritage of the region.
