AP Art History students spent Saturday morning at the St. Louis Art Museum (SLAM) on September 9th. This was the last weekend for the special « Sunken Cities » Egypt exhibit, so they made a special September visit to SLAM. Students engaged deeply in the « Sunken Cities » exhibit, admiring a statue of Apis, the bull god of the Egyptians. They also had time to see other works in the museum, including a viewing of « Time Spy », a 3-D animation by contemporary Chinese artist Sun Xun.
