2018 Upper School Fall Choir Concert
Last Friday, Upper School choir students performed in their first big concert of the year— the Fall Concert. Students from grades 9 to 11 performed a range of songs from « Rhapsody » by Rollo A. Dilworth and « What a Wonderful World » arranged by Russ Robinson to « Shoshone Love Song » arranged by Roger Emerson and « I’ll Say It Anyway! » by Pierre Certon. The 12th grade Chamber Choir sang a variety of songs as well, including « Wanting Memories » by Ysaye M. Barnwell and « Come (Again) Sweet Death » by J.S. Bach. They closed out the evening with « Bridge Over Troubled Water » by Paul Simon and arranged by Kirby Shaw.
A standing ovation goes to our choir students and Upper School Choir Director Dana Self! We’re already counting down the days to the next performance, the Winter Masterworks Concert on Wednesday, December 12.
