MICDS is proud to have a robust Athletic Development Program, which has been running strong for over 20 years. The program’s goals are to help our Ram student-athletes in all sports improve their strength and performance while reducing the likelihood of injury.

Check out more about the program below!

In addition to higher performance on the field, coaches and athletes have seen the results of the time invested in the Athletic Development Program being translated into more cohesive teams and improved academic performance. Many student-athletes utilize the weight room during the school day, and the “brain shift” that comes with breaking up class time with physical activity has been proven to help students focus and understand academic material more clearly. Go Rams!

"Everybody's in there getting better together. That's the biggest thing—being with different people from different teams. You're all building the MICDS athlete family."
