Today has marked a busy end to a busy week for all of us at MICDS, and as I write these words, I find with some regret that my time is not my own. Today’s letter will, accordingly, be very brief—but I do at least have time enough to share the results of a survey that I administered earlier this week. “As you look forward to spring break,” I asked all of our students, “what’s the first word that comes to mind for you?”

January and February are invariably the longest months of the school year. We have found our way through them at MICDS once again—and through the opening days of March for good measure. Our spring break is well earned and deserved. My best wishes to you and your families for plentiful fun, sleep, relaxation, etc. over the course of the next two weeks.
