There’s a distinct difference between claiming something as “healthy” and “healthier”. The holidays are a time to share food with the people we care about. While it’s always important to eat nutritious foods and stay active, there’s no shame in savoring a traditional holiday dish prepared for its taste and sentiment, not its nutritional profile. This holiday season, we’re displaying “healthier” versions of traditional recipes in our dining halls, without compromising flavor. Tastings will include sweet potato casserole, egg nog, and allergy-friendly cookies.
