High School Girls’ Lacrosse All-Americans Named

Six MICDS players were named to All American and Academic All American

US Lacrosse has announced the high school girls’ lacrosse players to be named as US Lacrosse High School All-Americans, and All-Academic Team members. Players representing 46 US Lacrosse chapters and 34 states nationwide were recognized for their efforts on and off the field.

Over 400 players were selected as first-team and honorable mention All-Americans and over 2,500 players were recognized for excellence in the classroom as All-Academic honorees. MICDS honorees include:

A US Lacrosse All-American is a player who exhibits superior skills and techniques and possesses exceptional game sense and knowledge. A US Lacrosse All-American is one of the best players in the United States, while also embodying excellent sportsmanship.

A US Lacrosse All-Academic honoree is a player who exhibits exemplary lacrosse skills, good sportsmanship on the field, and represents high standards of academic achievement. This player also should have left her mark beyond the lacrosse field and the classroom by making significant contributions of service to the school and/or community.
