Savannah Lesslie ’18 and Skyler Lesslie ’20 organized a St. Patrick Center Pot o’ Gold kettle drive this past weekend at a Chesterfield Dierbergs. Along with their MICDS classmates Katie Flemming ’19, Samantha Gianotti ’17 and Matt Roper ’17, they had the honor of meeting a WWII veteran and his wife and posed with him for a picture.
Savannah and Sklyer also organized the MICDS Warm Up St. Louis drive in November to collect gently used coats, hats and gloves for the center.
The St. Patrick Center is building permanent, positive change by providing opportunities to more than 5700 homeless individuals and families each year to move into permanent homes and obtain employment.
