Tenth graders shared their history research projects last Friday with visitors at the Contemporary Global Issues Museum. Their projects covered a wide range of topics including pollution, gender equality, human trafficking and more.
Contemporary Global Issues is a new research methods course required for sophomores. This trimester, 10th grade students researched global issues of their own choice, evaluated the success of current solutions and developed agendas to resolved these issues. The students’ exhibits are based on the research done during the course.
The work displayed was organized using the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals, a list of goals to change our world for the better by 2030.
